Once an order is placed, its path begins to unfold.
Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After that, the work has already started weaving itself into form.
Beyond this window, all sales are final. I do not offer returns or exchanges, as each piece is handmade, ritually worked, and created with specific intention. These are not mass-made things. They are crafted, consecrated, and claimed.
However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery. Send a message with details (and photos, if applicable), and I will do my best to make it right.
